Reviews for Hawks Nest at the Preserve

Amazing for Price

The Hawks Nest is a quiet community that has an amazing price value. For an unfurnished room in an apartment it is only 558 dollars with utilities included. Having a set price is great for a budgeting college student. I don't mind having roommates either because any 1 bedroom apartment around here starts at almost 1,000 dollars and I cannot work that much. I have enjoyed over a year here already and can't wait to start another.

Perfect for first time living away from home

My favorite part of living at hawk's nest is the flat rate for utilities. You pay a $50 fee with rent every month and that covers all of your A/C, electricity, and plumbing. Lots of storage space, minimal outside noise, large bedrooms (each with a private bathroom). Another great thing is that it rents by the room instead if the unit. In another words, the need to find a roommate to save on rent is totally irrelevant here. Wifi is free and reliable. Exterior doors have bolts for extra security. My only complaints is that the mailboxes can be difficult to unlock and freezer space is minimal if you have more than one roommate. Overall, really great place to live and come back to after a long day. Just make sure you don't get back too late at night or parking could be limited!
